Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the receipt of the order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification.
Include all relevant information at the beginning of the policy, such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or issues with the postal service that are beyond your control.
Shipping Rates and Estimates for Domestic Shipments
If shipping rates are calculated: Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (such as VAT), which are applied when the shipment reaches the destination country. Naga Watch Company srl is not responsible for these additional charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
How Can I Track My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number, which you can use to monitor the shipment's status. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.
If you do not receive your order within 7 days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at nagaorologi@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the items are unused and in their original condition. A full refund will be issued, excluding the cost of return shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible at nagaorologi@gmail.com, including your order number and a photo showing the item's condition. We handle such cases on an individual basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
